Our chef Christian Rullan and his team prepare a selection of innovative Mallorcan dishes, applying modern techniques to locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Guests can also enjoy the newly decorated restaurant, which offers a stylish and intimate environment featuring a centerpiece period olive oil press.

(from 15th October till Easter week, except New Year's week)

Lunch
on Sundays, brunch (13.00 hrs. - 16.00 hrs.).

From November, Oleum will be closed on Sunday evenings and all day Monday.
