Oleum Restaurant - The Best of Mediterranean Dining In Elegance and Comfort

The Oleum Restaurant is the hotel's main restaurant. The word 'Oleum' is Latin for olive oil - considered to be the liquid gold of the Mediterranean. The restaurant offers a stylish and intimate environment featuring a beautifully restored period olive oil press that dates back to the 17th century, which although is not being used, is in complete working order. Chef, Sebastian Campins, and his team offer a selection of innovative Mallorcan dishes, applying modern techniques to locally sourced seasonal ingredients.
